前言

当当代⼈困于地缘裂痕、⽓候阴影与精神迷雾，艺术家杨逸凡始终相信：答案藏在⼈类⽂明的“精神原乡”⾥——那便是公元800前年⾄公元前200年，被卡尔·雅斯⻉尔斯称作“轴⼼时代”的时空。在他眼中，这⽚北纬 30 度上下的思想原野从不是尘封的标本，⽽是⼀道可被创作触碰的⽂明阈限；作品如同穿越这道阈限的“棱镜”，将轴⼼时代的智慧折射进当代⼈的精神困境。

Brief Introduction

From 2014 to 2017, he participated in the venue operation of the China Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. Currently, he works and lives in Guangzhou, China.

Born in the East and educated in the West, Yang Yifan’s cross-cultural background has shaped his unique artistic practice. Taking historical understanding as the starting point of his research, he has developed innovative integrated Chinese-Western artistic techniques, using contemporary art media to interpret themes such as history, culture, philosophy, and society. Appreciating Yang’s works is like opening a profound research-based book—behind their seemingly simple expressions lies rigorous theoretical construction. With black, white, and gray as his dominant tonal palette, he adheres to strict logical thinking in contemporary art creation. While the public may believe that anything can be transformed into contemporary art expression, Yang Yifan’s artistic perspective holds that “the simpler, the more complex.” Amid his prolific creative output, his works have already become part of the living history—an expressive, thought-provoking flow of art.

1976年出生于湖南宁乡，是中国当代艺术家，现任广州美术学院绘画艺术学院副院长兼油画系主任。

教育背景
– 1995年—1999年：在广州美术学院油画系攻读本科，获学士学位。
– 1999年—2003年：在广州美术学院油画系攻读研究生，获硕士学位。

职业经历
– 2003年起：留校任教于广州美术学院油画系，长期从事艺术教学与实践。
– 现任职务：兼任中国美术家协会综合材料艺术委员会副主任、松山湖盒子美术馆与顺德盒子美术馆执行馆长等职。

艺术创作与风格
刘可的创作以抽象绘画为核心，融合学院技法与当代艺术语言，提出“未完的极简主义”概念。其作品注重色彩与构成的精准部署，通过条状色块、线条的叠加与渗透，表达对时间、结构与空间的哲学思考。代表系列包括自2012年起的“圣维克多山”系列，以及装置艺术《曲折的几何》等。

主要展览活动
– 个展：2023年成都K空间个展、2024年佛山巴博罗艺术馆个展、法国阿维尼翁科尔得利修道院联展等。
– 群展：曾参与2000年广东油画大展、2008年阿姆斯特丹CHINA NOW NOW艺术展、2006年第2届今日中国美术大展等。
– 2025年：担任广州美术学院与法国阿维尼翁高等艺术学院联合工作坊项目总监，并举办“古典艺术的当代认知”主题讲座。

学术贡献
刘可注重艺术教育与实践的互哺，其创作方法强调“工作越是单向式，内涵愈丰富”，通过持续的实验探索抽象艺术的边界。
